We use fresh ripe honey collected in different regions of Russia from the fields located far from big cities and busy roads.

The honey is filtered and repeatedly whipped using our special secret technology that fills it with tiny air bubbles and forms it into mousse.

Turning honey into cream does not damage its chemical structure.

We don’t heat honey, nor add any flavor enhancers.
